We recently brought our cocker spaniel, Luna, to Puggles for a full bath and groom—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made Luna feel comfortable and cared for. She can be a bit shy with new people, but the gentle handling and calm environment helped her relax quickly.
The grooming itself was fantastic: her coat came out silky smooth, beautifully trimmed, and smelling fresh without being overpowering. We especially appreciated the attention to detail around her ears and paws—areas that often get overlooked. Luna left looking like a show dog and strutting like one too!
