I was initially a bit worried bringing my dog Cooper in for grooming, as he has been reactive at groomers in the past and it’s always been a bit of a stressful experience for both of us. However I was so pleased how this visit went. Clifford took the time to establish a calm and gentle rapport with Cooper right from the start and it clearly made a difference, it was such a relief to see him come out calm and happy. Cooper was groomed as I had requested, his cut was perfect and he smelled wonderful too. The whole experience felt very professional, efficient and pleasant from start to finish.
