I was initially worried about bringing my dog, Cooper, in for grooming, as he has been reactive at groomers in the past and it has always been a stressful experience for both of us. However, I was so pleased with how this visit went!
Clifford took the time to establish a calm and gentle rapport with Cooper right from the start, and it clearly made a difference. I was amazed at how relaxed and content he was afterwards.
Cooper was groomed exactly as I had requested—his cut was perfect, he looked absolutely adorable, and he smelled wonderful too. The whole experience felt very professional, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for taking such great care of Cooper!
